Describe what you expected, what happened, and any safe steps needed to reproduce the issue. Please omit passwords, API keys, repository source, and other secrets.

Help us resolve it efficiently

Accounts and access

Include the email address on your HokuFetch account and a description of the sign-in or verification step that needs attention.

GitHub connections

Tell us where the connection stopped and whether the GitHub App installation still shows the selected repository. Do not send tokens or private source.

Scans and findings

Share the scan date, repository label, and source-free finding summary. Never email repository source, credentials, or secret values.

Billing

Include the account email and the approximate transaction date. Do not send complete card or bank information.
